Amenities and Services
Television
Your in-room television provides a number of channels via satellite. Understandably, they're mostly channels belonging to the Walt Disney Co., such as ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, the Disney Channel and Toon Disney. You are also provided two movie channels showing children's movies and family movies (again, Disney-only fare). Other channels include a closed circuit feed of the Wide World of Sports deck, an shipboard information channel giving you updates on your current location and weather, and a ship safety channel, giving you information on the lifeboat drill and similar matters.

Cold Box
Disney Cruise Line ships were never equiped with refrigerators. Instead you will find in your room a "cold box". It's good enough to keep things cold that are already cold (pre-chilled soft-drinks, medication, etc.), but it will not cool things that aren't already cold. For the reason, it is recommended you fill your ice bucket and use it. This arrangement has understandably caused some confusion and a number of complaints at Guest Services that your "fridge does not work".

Cribs
Graco fold-away cribs are available upon request. Inform Disney Cruise Line or your travel agent when making reservations.

Pagers
Parents of children in the Oceaneer programs and Flouder's Reef Nursery will be given pagers in the event the child wishes to leave the care of the counselors and rejoin the parents, although considering how much fun they'll be having, that's unlikely to happen.

Laundry Rooms
Laundry rooms are available throughout the ship with washers, dryers and detergent available for a nominal fee. Ironing boards and irons are also available in the laundry room.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service
For a fee, you can send out your clothes to be washed and dry cleaned. A laundry bag and price list is available in your stateroom. Prices are as follows:

Concierge Service
Concierge service is available in category 3 staterooms and above. A concierge is assigned to your stateroom and family to make your voyage more enjoyable. Concierge service entitles you to express check-in in Port Canaveral, and express boarding. Concierge service entitles you to a fruit basket as well as a gift book signed by your concierge staff. You will also receive a full room service breakfast every morning except debarkation day. A concierge can also deliver drinks and snacks to your room and can make reservations for you at the Vista Spa or Palo restaurant, book equipment rentals on Castaway Cay or shore excursions. Concierge service also gives you access to a CD and VHS library for the CD player and VCR available in your category 3 or above stateroom.
