Guest Travel Booklet

The Guest Travel Booklet includes all your important travel documents. Keep it with you at all times.
  • Baggage Tags

  • Two baggage tags per person are provided. If transfers to the Walt Disney World Resort or Port Canaveral are part of your Disney Cruise Line vacation package, make sure to fill out the tags and attach them to your luggage. This will guarantee that your luggage is delivered to your room at the Walt Disney World Resort and to your stateroom aboard the ship.

If you have not purchased ground transfers, do not attach the tags to your luggage until you arrive at Disney Cruise Line's Port Canaveral terminal. Attach the tags at that time to guarantee that your luggage is delivered to your stateroom.

  • Bahamas Immigration Form

  • This form is required in order for you to enter the Bahamas. Fill out the form and make sure you have the proper documentation (either a passport, an original or certified copy of a birth certificate and picture ID, or a Certified Naturalization Certificate and picture ID). A picture ID - required for all travellers 18 years old and older - is either a valid drivers license with photograph or a government issued photo ID.

  • Charge Authorization Form

  • This form allows you to charge purchases aboard the ship to your Key to the World card.

  • Cruise Embarkation Form

  • This form is required to board your Disney Cruise Line ship. Verify that all information is accurate and fill out any missing information.

  • Cruise Contract Signature Form

  • This is your Disney Cruise Line contract. Sign it and provide it to the Disney Cruise Line representative when requested (either at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or at the Disney Cruise Line terminal).
