Castaway Club
Description
Just because your trip is over doesn't mean the fun has to end - because once you've been our cruise guest, you're eligible for complimentary membership in our Castaway Club. Shortly after your return home from your Disney Cruise Line vacation you will a mailing from the Disney Cruise Line containing a membership card, collector's pin and welcome letter detailing your benefits.

Members receive complimentary issues of Disney Insider magazine, featuring Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World Resort news and updates.
- Member Recognition
Cruise guests in the Castaway Club enjoy special amenities and an exclusive cocktail party with the ship's Captain and officers.
- Toll-Free Reservation Phone Number
A dedicated team of Castaway Club reservation agents stand by at an exclusive toll-free number to help members plan their vacations. Members needing assistance may dial (800) 449-3380.
- Priority Check-In
At the Disney Cruise Line terminal, members are offered priority check-in at the dedicated Castaway Club desk.
- Captain's Reception
Upon your next Disney Cruise Line sailing, you will be invited to a reception with the captain exclusively for Castaway Club members. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
- Special Gift
Upon your next sailing you will find a special gift awaiting you in your stateroom. The gift is usually a Disney Cruise Line tote bag.
- Shipboard Credit
If you reserve your next cruise prior to a previously determined deadline, you are also entitled to a shipboard credit ranging from $50 to $200.
